Wonderful experience!!! Matt helped us to find our DREAM CAR! He was so patient and so knowledgeable. I changed my mind from RX to TX and back to RX like 3 times and test drove 5 different car and he was so patient and nice the entire time. And he was able to found our DREAM CAR with a great deal. Strongly recommend.

Sales consultants TAKE NOTES: We received exceptional service from Alex Cao. We came in to look at the new different 2024 models, not anticipating to buy before year end. That was until Alex stepped in and easily changed our minds. He was in the middle of helping another client when we arrived, however he was the first salesman to acknowledge us and introduce himself after being in the lot for 30 minutes by ourselves. He was so respectful, patient, and attentive from start to finish and even after we drove off the lot. His professionalism made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable for my parents. Thanks Alex you have made a lasting impression of our experience at Lexus and at ANY dealership for that matter.

I just bought a BEAUTIFUL Lexus Rx350 Hybrid. I am beyond pleased with the amazing service I received. I dealt with Lex. He made the process painless and so easy! I would highly recommend this dealership to all my friends and family. Most of all - I LOVE my car.

We were looking for an Rx 350 premium+ and actually went to 2 Lexus dealerships to look for it. The experience we have here was just unpleasant compared to the another dealership. The salesman approached us as we pulled in but didn't seem to be interested and wanted to engage much. We were looking for an white car, and he told he only has 2 white ones on the lot currently. After not having found the car we wanted, we decided to leave. He didn't bother to give us his name and even open the door for us when we left. When we went outside to the lot, there were actually 3 white ones instead of 2 (why the lies?). The other dealership we went in offered so much help and was so friendly even though we didn't find the car we wanted.

Spent over 1.5h with my little kid waiting for shady deal for new RX350h and funny sales man came up with 7.99% MPR my credit score above 800 and my previous deals had much better numbers (0.9% and 1.9%)… seriously??? Since when??????? They forced me buy and some additional products saying it’s mandatory for their dealership! Really? Oh, totally forgot, saying I had to put down 20% on this vehicle to get better deal from Lexus Financial Service… seriously????? They know us 8.5 years, few cars paid off early, never late payment… KEEP THIS DEAL FOR YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS! NOT INTERESTED!

No matter how long you had your relationship with Lexus financial service, young sales man will randomly make the APR numbers up out of nowhere and will try to sell an additional product you don’t really need. Then willing lie that his manager just contacted LFS (even know that today is a Labor Day and they don’t work) and 7.99% is the best they can do.. advice: LET THEM THINK THEY ARE SMART, THEN JUST WALK AWAY! RIDICULOUS PLACE! Buy the way: LEXUS FINANCIAL SERVICES DO FROM 3.99-5.99% this days (if your credit good- mine is very good my wife’s is Extremely good) and this kid wanted to rip off. Do yourself a favor - WALK OUT AND NEVER GET BACK!
